Hello, I`m 16 years old male student.
I`m 173cm tall and weight about 63 kg.
I have some question about learning break dance.
1. Should I work out like doing push ups or going to gym to perform some break dance move?
2. Is elasticity is essential? If it is, what can I do to increase my elasticity skill?
3. What`s the difference between Power move and Soft move in break dance?
4. I`m planning to present break dancing in front of the school after a year. Will it be possible for me to perform some complicated moves such as Thomas, Windmill, Air Swipes, or even Air Track?
5. What is freeze?
6. I heard hand stand is essential skill in break dance. Any tip about how I can hand stand for a long time?
7. Should I lose weight?
