I own a small donair restaurant in Vancouver.
during our first summer last year, the restaurant got very hot during the evenings.i put a garage like window that can roll up to create airflow. it helped but the restaurant still gets very hot as it gets the western sun during the evenings. the open concept did great for business but now, i can't really put air conditioning in the front because the whole front of the store is wide open and the cold air would just blow out the giant open window.
does anyone have any ideas as to how i can keep this restaurant from overheating in the summer time?
