How can i keep my foot from cramping during cycling class?

I've been taking a cycling class twice a week and EVERY time about half way through the workout my left foot cramps. Despite stretching and warming up before hand it cramps up and i have no choice but to cycle through the pain. I have hopped off and stretched it out but once i start again my foot cramps. It's cramping not in the arch but the side of my foot not quite reaching the joint of my pinky toe.

It would be nice to be able to get through it without pain, any recommendations would be appreciated.
