After being laid off from a corporate position, I finally made my dream of becoming a entrepreneur, a reality. The problem was that as a new business owner, even though I was making a profit, financially it wasn't feasible to continue full time. So, I got a full-time job. Now, I'm back in the rat race of having a 9 to 5, yet it leaves me no time for my business. I'm in the promotional products industry, so 95% of my clients can only be seen during regular business hours. -Which during this time, I'm working. For fellow entrepreneurs:
1) How do you balance turning your PT business into a success WITH a FT job?
2) What are some ideas that will help me turn my PT biz into a FT money making machine. My goal is to NEVER WORK FOR SOMEONE ELSE again.
