Well soccer just has for me and there are no other sports I have an interest in going on now. It's coming up to summer (for me) and the only thing I can think of is take swimming lessons but I don't feel confident enough with my body to do that. I'm thinking about doing running every other day but I have tried that before and I didn't keep to it. Any tips?
Or should I join a sport I am no good at, don't have much interest in but will probably enjoy anyway, get my a** kicked doing it all for exercise? At least it'll be social...
