What software, what kind of camera? You might not need any software at all. Keep in mind, if it's a MiniDV camera, you'll need to transfer your video with FireWire - USB will not work.
That said, for drivers, look on Panasonic's website. They should have whatever you need, IF you do actually need a driver. For FireWire, you won't need a driver, you only need a cable (assuming you have a FireWire port on your computer). If you don't have a port, you'll need to install a FireWire card if you have an expansion card slot.
