How can I install BB messenger on my Blackberry Curve 8320 (the old one)?

My phone's USB port is broken, so I could not use the USB cable as well as the BB Desktop Manager to install applications for my Blackberry. And I now I want to install the apps back but cannot find a way to do so. I have tried to find the jar for BB messenger, and searched for the download link from the BB sites. But my phone's browser cannot open my emails... Please helps
