How can I install a DSL Siemens SpeedStream 4100 modem to a different computer?

I do not have the installation CD. I have tried to just plug everything up but it did not work. I cannot access 192.168.0.1 to even configure the modem. When I go to network connections it only shows broadband connection. Not local area connection. What do I do?
