Im 14 years old and need help improving my 100m, 200m, and 400m times
Currently I am 13.2 sec for 100m, 27.0 sec for 200m, and 1:00.58 for 400m
If anyone could post some quick and effective exercises, a track and field oriented workout, some tips, or a helpful link that would be great
Note: i dont use weights and it is currently -20 C outside so an indoor workout is prefered, i have a jump rope, arm grips, a small space, 2 short hurdles, and any household items that could be applied to workouts
