I am in track and obviously work out with the team everyday but weekends, but i really want to improve on my sprints. I'm going to start squats again and i do sit ups too when I get home. Also i would like to tone up my hips, Im starting to get some love handles haha. Ive changed my diet to just water and no snacking and trying to lay off pop.. but really i just need some good advice on how to improve my sprints (i'm already somewhere in the top four for our sprinters, but good is not good enough lol)
