OK so i got really addicted to this game online and I've been playing it for ever and i stop just recently because i got bored with it. a couple of days ago my friends came over and we were messing around with rocks and firecrackers and stuff like that, then my friend threw a rock at me and before i could react it hit me in the arm, it didn't hurt but my friend told me that i had enough time to react and i have bad reflexes. i believe him because its true I've been told many times before but didn't care. but now its really bothering me. so i need some help on what i could do to improve my hand-eye coordination and reflexes so if you can help please do so thanks.
