my country is bangladesh.. it is a developing country. it is based on primary sector. literacy rate is below than 50 %. i was thinking if we pay the children to study,will it help? in class 1, the salary will be lower than class 2 and it will go like that. in my country, if all the rich people joined together, than we can arrange the fund easily. students who will have a good result will be given scholarship.. how is the idea.?
