How can I import a Toyota Chaser into USA.?

This car is my dream car 2001 Toyota Chaser Tourer V. I have been looking in the internet for a long time to import it. But i don't know it's possible or not. Some say it's possible some say it's not. What is the best way to import the car from Japan to USA and what do i need to import the car?
