How Can i hook up my Blu ray player to my Sony DAV-DZ175 surround sound?

I have a Sony 55' LCD and an insignia Blu Ray player. just received a Sony DAV-DZ175 Surround Sound system. I just want to know how i can connect all of them so my Blu Ray plays through the Surround Sound.
