How can i help my new cold water fish?

i've recently, (recently being yesterday morning) brought a cold water fish.
its in a tank on it's own and i'm quite worried because she doesn't really swim much and hasn't eaten.
shes DEFINITELY not dead, i've seen her move about but like i said she doesn't swim much.


please help me... thankyou.
