How can I help my mother in law to be?

My Fiancee is originally from honduras and we're thinking about raising our children in America because i have a REALLY good job and i am confidant he will be able to get one aswell. In honduras he has a very sick mother and very sick son, i think his son has some kind of immunity disorder- im not sure. ANYWAY i know how to get his son here but his mother i dont know but I promised him that if she agrees to move here I will find out how we can accomplish it. ANY advice is greatly appreciated!! Thank you!
