My dad is 47 and a little overweight. He doesn't exercise and eats out a lot. Since I don't live in the same state as him I can't make sure he exercises or eats properly. I'm visiting him in about a month. What can I do to help him live a healthier lifestyle. He also has high blood pressure.
I already planned this:
Jog every morning or a few times a week.
Exercise at home for at least 30 minutes.
No more fast food.
What else can I do to help him?
