How can I have a sex change?

Throughout my life,I've never been happy with myself and my body. I've always wanted to be a girl since I was like 8 . Well, now I'm 18 and I don't really know when I can do it. It is very expensive and who would pay for it if my parents don't allow me to do it.

I need serious help. I want to be happy with my life.
 
You would need to apply for NHS funding and to see a pychotherapist specialising in these issues.For some people they feel so wrong in their own biological gender that they have to do this,but I believe this is a slow and painful emotional and physical process.
