Well I have my lights to the side and everything is in place right,But how can I make my backdrop not so flimsy on the holding,It cringles and everything

theres a sample of one of the cringles.
and the backdrop hits the floor,What can I do to make it tighter fiting and not just hand there?
should Iron it?
