i was recently harassed on facebook through my inbox, can i sue the woman for harassment?
she posted stuff on walls of facebook and slandered me on the walls and used swear words.
can i sue her?
would i be getting money off of her,
could i take this to court i have all the evidence, and i didnt do anything to her, she just started harassing me!
would i need a lawyer?
can i take her to a small court something similar like small claims court?
how much would i get off of her, would i ask how much i want or would the judge decide? im not worried about the money, i jsut want justice served, but it would be nice to make her pay alot of money for her mistakes. please, can someone give me some really good answers, i would love to be in court by this week!
