Last night (and I know it's really bad) but I prelightened over my natural dark brown hair, and then whacked a dark ash blonde over the top.
The prelightener went ginger, which I was expecting, but the ash blonde dye neutralised this to give me a dark warm blonde colour, which I guess I was also expecting.
This morning, I'd like to get it to my desired colour, so do you think I should get a box of cap highlights and just put those in, or put on a box of medium ash blonde, and then put in some highlights?
Don't suggest I go to a salon pleaaase!
