i've been a vegetarian my whole life (I'm 17 years old) because of my parents religion (Hindu) and plan on continuing this lifestyle throughout my life.
I don't generally eat eggs by themselves like in omelettes, or bake any food with eggs at home, but I do eat ready-made foods if they contain eggs.
But I want to COMPLETELY quit eating eggs. I've done it for a week so far and it's difficult because not only baked goods at the cafeteria but random things like ice cream and pancakes have it too.
I had a bite of a waffle today, forgetting it had eggs and was very upset at myself. So many items have eggs in them, but I really want to quit!
any tips? anything from personal experience, or motivational reasons to not eat eggs? any advice at all would be appreciated!
Thank you so much!
