How can i get unregistered under a car if i don't have proof?

So back then i registered the car that my exbf bought under my name. How can i register the car under his name without speaking to him?
or is it a stolen car now?
 
if it's completely registered in your name... you can report it stolen.

i'd try contacting him first and telling him if he doesn't get the registration fixed you're going to report it.

it's either he gets in trouble... or you get in trouble if he does something stupid in that car... remember it can untimately fall under the registered owner.
