How can I get this car title?

I recently bought an 94 integra, problem is the vehicle was originally salvaged and the person i bought the car off never put the car in his name. Now I cant get in contact with him, and I basically got a car with a title that I cant use. On the title it has auto repuesto bless CXA as the original owner not the guys name. He mailed me a bill of sale but dmv says i need a bill of sale with the car company's name on it but I think there located in the dominican republic this is in shambles, is there any way I can register this car in my name, because I mean lets say I cant, what are they gonna do send it all the way back to D R that sound ridiculous
