I have a '98 Millenia. I also have a Chilton's Manual. Have also visited the AutoZone site for repair/replace info. Supposedly, after removing the affected fans, hoses, connectors, nuts, bolts, screws, etc..., I should be able to simply lift the unit out. Mine, however, will only move up, less than 1/2 an inch. This does not allow it to clear the holders on the bottom, preventing me from tilting it backward, to lift it out. Am I doing something wrong? Have I possibly missed some step(s) particular to the '98 Millenia? Can't afford to call a mechanic-Don't Suggest! Can't afford to junk it-Don't Suggest! Don't care for bashes re: the vehicle. Need legitimate, and helpful, help.
