How can I get the PS2 Guitar Hero 3 Guitar to work properly on my computer?

I've figured out how to get my PS2 Guitar Hero 3 guitar controller working on my computer (more specifically Frets on Fire), but when you press the green fret and the strum bar at the same time, the strum bar cancels out the green fret! Is there a way to reconfigure the buttons? Any help would be appreciated..
Well unfortunately, my PS2 went bust :(
 
What's wrong with playing it on the PS2? It's a whole lot easier to play it on that.
