How can I get the on-board computer of a 2000 Lexus RX300 to use metric units in

the data shown on the screen? I bought my car ages ago in California. Spanking new from the dealer, the car has been good to me but I always longed for something. To be able to tell the temperature and other data as it makes sense to me. No matter how long in the US or anywhere else I may live 77 F does not feel like 25 C.
