i've tried countless times and it's given me an error message each time. i did some research on this update and i read somewhere that it won't work if you computer doesn't need it. so, i just ignored it for awhile and hide the update. i recently got a blackberry and for the desktop feature it requests that this update be installed. so, i tried to install the update and still no luck. i have a sony vaio laptop, running on windows vista. the blackberry desktop manager i am currently using is the 5.0 and i keep getting asked to upgrade to 6.0.
