I have just a basic "candy bar" phone from cricket that I just got, and have been paying for internet and the phone is capable and everything, but I can't get it to work for some reason. They gave me a pass code for the internet but I can't find the area where I'm supposed to enter it. Does anyone know about this or what I should do?
