How can I get something exsponged off my record of crimial mischief from

1994, that is keeping me ? I was downsized laid off from Houston Light & Power in late 1987, in early 1988 I an my family moved out our home that we could no longer afford. I Oct.1998 I was charged with Criminal/mischief of electrical meter. This I feel stems from being a former employee of HL&P, and was made a escape goat for this company. As that when I moved from address I requested removal of meter as well as board up home to keep from being damage due to addicts. In Oct.1988 i begin getting flyer's in mail stating that I had been charged with a felony. As that I have no criminal pass, I paid no mind , but after a week of being flooded with flyer's, I contacted one of the lawyers from flyer's,where i found that there was warrant for my arrest for criminal/mischief. I then turned myself in to local police, and was able to get personal "I-Bond". Went to court on charge and was given a public defender, who advised me to take plea and probation.After 2 1/2 yrs of probation and a number of probation officers, I was revoked and given a conviction and served 45 days in county jail, and released. Now 17yrs after serving time and release, with no other cases of any kind, and working in the telecom industry for 17yrs as of 2008 for Timewarner Cable 15yrs and Com-cast 2yrs. I now fine myself unable to gain employment of any kind, this have me now in foreclosure of my home that I have been in for the last 6yrs, due to Com cast doing a downsize in 05/2008, and released the construction group that I was a Const.Supervisor for with 6yrs as a supervisor and 11yrs and a technician. So for the past 2 1/2 yrs I can not obtain employment as that this case has me BLACKED BALLED from the City of Houston positions, Com cast, ATT, Center/Point, and a number of other companies and positions.. How can I have this taken from my record????
