How can i get ringtones on a Samsung SEEK?

I'm Talking about NO internet, i kno we got the ventones and stuff, but they send u the link via text, but i cant go on the internet so its pointless, i got a 1 gb mem card, and tryed putting ringtones on it, it all ends up in the music part, and i can find no way to make it a ringtone, help anyone? and keep in mind, this is a SAMSUNG SEEK
