how can i get rid of my dry flaky skin on my hands?

since the winter i've been getting so much dry flaky skin on my hands and on my cheeck to the chin.both of my hands are dry and my skin is peeling.( its white everywhere) its not itchy or anything but its just flaky and dry. i also have red dots on my hands (mostly on my left) but still not itchy.My left hand is worse than the right. i drink lots of water and i mosterize but still a couple minutes later, it gets really dry again.Once i didnt have the flaky skin. but then it came back like 2 weeks later. i dont want to buy any creams. i just want natrual resources ( but not gluten eggs or penuts - im allergic) SO please pleasle help me its so annoying =(
