I have had Fido as my provider for years. I got an iphone last March and since February of this year my phone keeps dropping calls, no reception, no data. I am paying $45 for my plan $25 for data and $15 for a bundle that includes texts, caller id etc. I have gone into an apple store..they said there is nothing wrong with the phone or hardware. Its a service provider issue. I call them but my phone is still unreliable. They are not even helping me out. I keep getting the run around. My waranty is up in 10 days.....My contract isnt up until 2013. What can I do....I dont mind paying the bill but if I m not getting a use out of my phone when I need to than its a waste of my money. Fido apparently is not getting it. What to do ...do they have a loyalty department like bell or whAT????
