How can I get rid of dry flaky skin around the nose?

I have dry and flaky skin around my nose and it gets red but I don't want to rip it off. How can i get rid of it? Help please.

wash your face and apply moisterizer immediatly after to seal in the moisture. keep apply a layer of moisterizer on the area every five or so minutes for a period of time. then right before you go out mix the moisterizer with your liquid foundation, i promise itll keep your skin moisterized all day without giving the dry flaky look that usually appears when applying makeup on peeling skin.i did this yesterday and it saved my life.
