how can i get pictures on my phone to my computer if i don't have internet on my phone?

so, i can't send or receive anything through texts & i don't have access to the internet from my phone so i can't email it. but i really need pictures from my phone to get on my computer. help?
 
does your phone come with a USB cable? then go to settings and go to USB cable and set it. then connect your phone to your computer with the USB
or you can get a SD card and save your pics to the SD and just put it into the computer

Does your phone have a slot (which may be hidden or covered) for microSD? I made sure my phone had microSD so I could transfer pictures without charges. MicroSD usually includes microSD to SD adapter.
