How can I get photo's off my LG Glyde and onto my PC?

I have the LG Glyde, and I cant text with it.. so is there any way I can get the photo's off the phone and onto my PC? like... with the cord or somthing?
 
Yeah either use the cord that came with it (or you might have to buy one, I don't know) or you should be able to use an SD card, since it's an LG.
 
What I do is text message the picture to my email address. Then when I receive it I right click on the picture and 'save as' then it should show up in your pictures.
