It all happened a few months ago when my friend got in a fender bender on the interstate and I was with her. Now ever since then I'm paranoid to ride in a car anywhere. Even if its with my friends, my sisters, or my parents. My heart will pound so hard and I will just have visions of wrecks happening. If the speed is below 30 I'm fine tho. And if I'm driving I'm fine. If I'm riding I have to distract myself to not look at the roads and to listen to my ipod or something. But then again I want to look to make sure everything will be ok to warn the driver ahead of time before something happens. I want to over come this fear without any therapy because I don't have that type of money. Please and thank you.
