I've had sprint for over 8 months and its just getting worse and worse. I bought a brand new phone at retail price just 2 months ago and im having problems with it. They said they could only get me a refurbished phone. I continuously tell them i don't want a refurbished phone because i bought the phone brand new and i shouldn't be having any problems with it. Where i live i even have signal issues, they were kind enough to send me an airave but yet the airave hardly works half the time. Somebody please tell me how i can get out without paying the ETF?
HOW CAN I GET OUT OF SPRINT WITHOUT PAYING ETF?
