How can I get oil off of electronics without damaging them?

Ok... so If any one is looking up computer in mineral oil because your thinking about doing it and you came across this... Don't, your video card will be a constant scorching temperature it does not keep anything cooler... Now, if your reading this because you know how to get oil off of electronics and your ready to tell me, but wondering why my electronics have mineral oil on them... you can probably figure it out now... The computer was completely submerged in mineral oil.. I have it out now.. completely taken apart ( I know what Im doing there) hanging from strings over some buckets.. The only place Im stuck now is that the components (i.e. mother board) have a thin layer of oil on them.. Im afraid this will attract dust and get really messy.. Will the oil evaporate? can I spray something on them to break the oil bonds without damaging the electronics...? Thanks
