My son (American citizen by birth) is in Texas with his father taken away from me when my son was 1yr old. This year he will be 7years old. I have been fighting custody case all these years in my country, family court has given me the rights but his father although living in US filed in high court against it. Am trying to get help from Texas to get at least visiting rights. Rarely I could contact my son but whenever I could he shows so much hatred it is very difficult to take it as a mother, Its my sons right too to know his biological mother and know how much I love him.
How can I get my visiting rights without lawyer charges?
