A Ally New member Feb 18, 2010 #1 Cell phone is Motorola V323i CDMA and have USB cable to laptop. They say they know each other, but Windows Vista will not accept them. I've tried the bluetooth option to no avail. Help! Customer service is worthless, if you can even get through.
