I have a sidekick 08 and i recently visited canada and used my broswer for 4 days, didnt make any calls or text, just used browser alot, and i just got my phone bill and its over $2000!!! Now I had no idea that using my broswer counted towards roaming fees, I thought only calls and text did. Can I get some suggestions for an excuse that I can tell them? My browsing was accidental and I did not know that the browsing counted toward roaming fees, and I didnt make any calls or text. I cant say i lost it because they are gonna ask why i didnt call it in lost. This is urgent and I need an excuse because I dont know if they will even care if I didnt know the browser added toward roaming fees! Help please?
