How can I get my study habits up?

I got my report card and I got 4 B+'s and a C. I am an honors student but I can't find a way to study.

My classes:

Geography Honors
Physical Education
Biology 1 honors
Spanish 2

Especially with tests, I need to find a good way to study. Can someone help me?
