how can i get my own pictures from a computer or email onto my sanyo incognto?

all i have is the cell phone no connection wires , no memory cards.. i go to web sites and have no option to save anything. and with the free ringtone websites i will get the text msg but only a link to go to the webpage to hear it on my phone... cant save anything. any way around this? .. oh and i dont know much about phones with internet.. this is my first high speed phone lol
