how can i get my mom to listen to my opinion?

my mom wont listen to rezone on any subject and i get in serous trouble if i speak out and if we don't do stuff for her she threaten to give us away but i have a brother that's 18 so all i can do it watch her become more and more violent and i need a way to get her to understand what she doing to us.
 
Your mother is abusing you. You need to call Child Protective Services/Department of Children & Families/whatever it's called in your area RIGHT NOW. She'll never understand unless she's forced to give you up.
