My legs are actually fit but they're more towards being skinny than anything. My legs are good for running really fast and doing martial arts high kicks and side kicks, jumping really high and being very flexible but when it comes to the strength and balance in my legs it's really disappointing me. What could possibly be the issue with my leg strength and is there something that you can figure out
for me to work on, my calves appear to be pretty weak too, I notice it in grappling situations when I practice, help?
