How can I get my line in marching band straighter?

In my marching band, we have a line of eight people who NEED to dress it better. There are four veteran marchers (me, a clarinet, and two other flutes) in the back of the line, who dress it perfectly every time. However, the front of the line is comprised of three freshman clarinets (only one of whom understands what a straight line, or even being in time, means), and a VERY bad sophomore mellophone (this is his second year). I'm not on leadership, but my section leader is in my line. How can I or my section leader fix this line? It's the only bad one on the field. It's a fast part of the show (about 156 BPM), and it rotates in various directions for around 64 counts. Help!
