How can i get my father to pay to my cellphone Bill?

Its really not my cellphone bill its the family cellphone bill and well it hasn't been paid for about 4 months well from March to May. and well at the time it was only $400 because he didn't pay the previous, usually its only 200. So i gave him $150 and my mom gave him $300. and sooo he didn't pay it so it piled up with more money. and i talked to him about paying it but he ignore it . He didn't pay it in May It was 1023.98... I told him to pay it and he is like i will.. so I gave him $500 and my mom gave him $350. And THe Sh-it Still not paid. and now the account is canceled and i want my money back. Im So pissed the F-u-c-k off.
I HATE MY FATHER.... UGHHHHHHHHHHHHH..

So what can i say about this?????? AND He's not tell me what he's done with the money

and he doesn't really have other bills to pay.....
 
Thats everyone's answer for everything.......sue him. forget that. I am sorry to hear about your situation. Sometimes it is better to take the loss and chalk it up as a learning experience. Life tends to take a big ole dump on ya sometimes. Just learn from it and don't help him out anymore. get your own phone and become more Independent. good luck
 
after he didn't pay the first time why'd you think he'd pay the second time?
tell him you want your money back or a detailed explanation of what he did with your money.
 
Here is a tip, get your own cell phone. Obviously your father isnt going to pay this bill no matter how much money you give him so just get your own plan. Since you gave him the money, you probably cant get his back and taking him to court would cost more than what you gave him.

Just cut your loses, get your own phone and let it go.
