I have a coworker, who is a very nice person, but every time we talk, she has to try and finish my sentence, even though what she has just said is nothing like what I was gonna say. I know she isn't doing it out of spite or anything like that, but I always allow her to finish what she has to say before speaking, how can I get her to do the same?
