My boyfriend lives about 40 minutes away, I know I can probably get my cat used to the car ride because I've read a lot of great options. However, when I stay with my boyfriend I would like to be able to bring my cat along. I have yet to bring him because I have a roommate and she has three other cats and doesn't mind taking care of my kitty while I am gone. I'm scared it is going to traumatize him because he has never been away from the other cats for a long time. Is it inhumane to bring my cat to my boyfriends with me for long weekends? Or is there a way I can introduce him to this without stressing him out?
